We’d like to share the philosphy of running a company, whih we find interesting. To make sure as we can share it with as many people as possible, we’ve decided to translate it to a few languages. What we’d like to share is universal and can prove itself in almost any part of the world.
“Don’t give up, wherever you are.”
Anyone who has ever played a team sport knows how important the team truly is – the feeling of being a part of the team, which you can rely on in the same way that others can rely on you. When playing, you know that you will always fight to the end, because you all want to win as a whole – you don’t just aim for individual victories. This lesson translates into many aspects of our later life, especially into our professional careers.
If you start working for a company, you can create a similar team. You will be good in one position, someone will support you in your tasks, and someone else will encourage you to act. Together, you will be able to grasp your goals tightly and never let them go, like all the fingers making up a hand, and it will give you a lot of satisfaction. If it is similar to what you felt when you played on that sports team back in the day, you can achieve a real success, and you will be surprised by the results.
After all, it’s never just about Excel spreadsheets, tables, charts and statistics – they are not the only things that matter. There is a human being behind every number – an employee, a customer, a supplier. Every single one of them – or rather every single one of us – works hard to achieve our goals. What is the most important, however, is to never lose sight of the most important things – the joy of doing and respect for others. It is important that work – like those games in the past – brings satisfaction and pleasure. Only then will you feel again that you are experiencing the happiest years of your lives.
Never give up. Learn from every failure. The time will come when nothing surprises you anymore, and standing behind you will be a team that will enable you to win everything that you care about.
“不管身在何处，都不要放弃”
所有曾从事团体运动的人都知道团队的重要性，作为群体的一份子，团员之间的互相依赖感非常重要，你在运动时清楚知道必须奋斗到底，因为所有人都想得到共同的胜利，而非只是个人的输赢。这样的认知可以转移至未来生活的各个阶段，尤其是在职业生涯上。
进入公司后你可以建立类似的团队，在特定位置上予以出色表现，其他任务则由他人负责，彼此互补，如同手上的各手指一样运作，紧紧抓住目标不轻易放开，达到让彼此满意的程度。如果该团队能有类似您在运动团队的表现，就能够带来真正的成功，效果惊人。
不能只看重Excell 的图柱、表格、曲线和统计等数据，因为这些都不是最重要的。数字背后代表的是人，无论是员工、客户或者供应商。每个人，正确地来说是我们每个人都为了达成目标而努力工作，然而重要的是在实践这一切的时候，不要失去最重要的，也就是执行的过程所带给我们的喜悦和对他人的尊重，让工作如同比赛一样，带来满足感和喜悦感，这样你们才能从新领略生命中最幸福的岁月。
永远不要放弃，从失败中找出对未来的结论，就能处变不惊，你们身后将有团队支持，借此赢得你们所期待的一切。
“No te rindas, dondequiera que estés”
Todo aquel que ha practicado alguna vez un deporte colectivo sabe lo importante que es el equipo. Lo importante que es sentirse parte del equipo, en el que uno puede confiar de la misma manera que los demás pueden confiar en ti. Al jugar sabes que lucharéis hasta el final, porque a cada uno de vosotros le importa la victoria colectiva y no la individual. Esta lección se traduce en muchas esferas de nuestra vida posterior, en especial la profesional.
Al llegar a una empresa podéis formar un equipo similar. Tú serás bueno en una posición, otro completará tus tareas y otro más os dará ánimos para actuar. Juntos – como los dedos de una mano – agarraréis con fuerza vuestros objetivos y no los soltaréis, algo que os aportará satisfacción. Si tan solo es similar a la que sentisteis al jugar a aquel equipo deportivo, habréis logrado un verdadero éxito, cuyo resultado os sorprenderá.
Por lo tanto, no pueden contar solo las columnas, tablas, diagramas y estadísticas de Excel, ya que no son lo más importante. Detrás de cada cifra hay una persona: un trabajador, un cliente o un proveedor. Cada uno de ellos, en realidad, cada uno de nosotros, trabaja tenazmente para conseguir sus objetivos. Sin embargo, es importante que mientras los realizamos no perdamos de vista lo más importante, es decir, la alegría por aquello que se hace y el respeto a la otra persona. Es importante que el trabajo – al igual que aquellos partidos – aporte satisfacción y placer. Solo entonces volveréis a sentir que vivís los años más felices de vuestra vida.
No os rindáis nunca. Sacad de cada fracaso conclusiones para el futuro. Llegará un momento en el que ya nada os sorprenderá y detrás de vosotros habrá un equipo con el que podréis ganar todo lo que os importe.
“Gib nicht auf, wo auch immer Du gerade bist”
Jeder, der schon mal eine Mannschaftssportart trainiert hat, weiß sehr genau, wie wichtig das Team ist. Wie wichtig das Gefühl ist, ein Teil des Teams zu sein, auf das man genauso zählen kann wie die Anderen auf Dich zählen können. Beim Spiel weiß Du, dass Ihr immer bis zum Ende spielen werdet, denn für jeden von Euch ist der gemeinsame, nicht der persönliche Sieg wichtig. Diese Erfahrung lässt sich auf viele Bereiche unseres späteren Lebens übertragen, insbesondere auf das Berufsleben.
In einer Firma könnt Ihr ebenfalls ein solches Team schaffen. Wenn Du auf Deinem Posten gut bist, wird eine andere Person Deine Aufgaben ergänzen, eine andere wiederum Euch zur Arbeit anfeuern. Gemeinsam – wie die Finger einer Hand – werdet Ihr Eure Ziele fest greifen und nicht mehr loslassen, was Euch mit Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Wenn sich diese Zufriedenheit so ähnlich anfühlt, wie jene, die Ihr damals beim Spiel in jener Sportmannschaft gespürt habt, dann wird dies ein echter Erfolg sein, dessen Ergebnis Euch überrascht.
Es können doch nicht nur Excel-Spalten, Tabellen, Kurven und Statistiken zählen, denn sie sind nicht das Wichtigste. Hinter jeder Zahl steht ein Mensch – ob Mitarbeiter, Kunde oder Lieferant. Jeder von ihnen und eigentlich jeder von uns strengt sich an, um die eigenen Ziele zu erreichen. Wichtig ist aber, bei der Umsetzung dieser Ziele nicht das Wichtigste aus den Augen zu verlieren, nämlich die Freude an dem, was man macht und den Respekt dem anderen Menschen gegenüber. Wichtig ist, dass die Arbeit – wie damals das Spiel – Zufriedenheit und Freude mit sich bringt. Denn nur dann werdet Ihr erneut spüren, dass Ihr gerade die glücklichsten Jahre des Lebens erlebt.
Gebt niemals auf. Zieht aus jedem Misserfolg die Schlüsse für die Zukunft. Es wird die Zeit kommen, dass Euch nichts mehr überrascht, denn hinter Euch steht ein Team, mit dem Ihr in der Lage seid, alles zu gewinnen, was für Euch wichtig ist.
“Não desista, onde quer que você esteja”
Cada pessoa que praticava esportes em jogos de equipe sabe como o time é importante. Como é importante sentir-se uma parte do time, no qual você pode confiar da mesma maneira como os outros nesta equipe podem confiar em você. Ao jogar, sabe que vocês vão lutar até o fim, porque cada um de vocês se importa com a vitória do time e não com a vitória individual. Esta lição é repetida depois em muitas esferas da nossa vida, especialmente a profissional.
Ao entrar numa empresa, vocês podem criar um time semelhante. Você será bom numa posição, alguém outro vai complementar suas tarefas, e mais alguém vai encorajar vocês em suas ações. Juntos – como os dedos de uma mão – vocês vão agarrar seus objetivos e não desistirão deles, o que lhes trará satisfação. Se ela for somente semelhante a esta que sentiram jogando naquele time esportivo, então terão um sucesso verdadeiro, o resultado do qual vai os surpreender.
As colunas, tabelas, diagramas e estatísticas de Excel não podem ser as únicas que contam porque elas não são as mais importantes. Por trás de cada algarismo há um homem: seja ele funcionário, cliente ou fornecedor. Cada um deles e, na verdade, cada um de nos, persevera para atingir seus objetivos. Porém, o importante é, ao realizar os objetivos, não perder de vista o que é o mais importante, isto é, a alegria naquilo que você faz e o respeito com a outra pessoa. O importante é para que o trabalho – assim como aquelas partidas – traga consigo a satisfação e o prazer. Porque somente então vocês vão sentir de novo que estão vivendo os melhores anos de suas vidas.
Nunca desistam. Tirem de cada falha suas conclusões para o futuro. Chegará um momento quando nada vai surpreender vocês e por trás de vocês haverá uma equipe com a qual poderão ganhar tudo aquilo que será importante para vocês.
„Nie poddawaj się, gdziekolwiek jesteś”
Każdy, kto kiedyś uprawiał sport w dyscyplinie zespołowej wie, jak ważna jest drużyna. Jak ważne jest poczucie, że jest się częścią zespołu, na którym można polegać w taki sam sposób w jaki inni mogą polegać na Tobie. Grając wiesz, że będziecie walczyć do końca, bo każdemu z was zależy na wspólnej, a nie indywidualnej wygranej. Ta lekcja przekłada się na wiele sfer naszego późniejszego życia, szczególnie zawodowego.
Trafiając do firmy, możecie stworzyć podobny zespół. Ty będziesz dobry na jednej pozycji, ktoś będzie uzupełniał Twoje zadania, a jeszcze ktoś inny doda Wam otuchy w działaniu. Razem – jak palce jednej dłoni – złapiecie swoje cele mocno i ich nie puścicie, co sprawi Wam satysfakcję. Jeśli tylko będzie ona podobna do tej, którą odczuwaliście grając w tamtej sportowej drużynie, odniesiecie prawdziwy sukces, którego wynik sam Was zaskoczy.
Nie mogą bowiem liczyć się tylko Excellowe słupki, tabelki, wykresy i statystyki, bo przecież nie są one najważniejsze. Za każdą cyferką kryje się człowiek: czy to pracownik, czy klient, czy dostawca. Każdy z nich, a właściwie, każdy z nas, wytrwale pracuje by osiągać swoje cele. Ważne jest jednak, by realizując je, nie stracić z oczu najważniejszego, czyli radości z tego co się robi i szacunku do drugiego człowieka. Ważne by praca – jak tamte mecze – niosła ze sobą satysfakcję i przyjemność. Tylko wtedy poczujecie na nowo, że przeżywacie najszczęśliwsze lata waszego życia.
Nigdy się nie poddawajcie. Z każdego niepowodzenia wyciągajcie wnioski na przyszłość. Przyjdzie czas, że już nic Was nie zaskoczy, a za wami stanie zespół, z którym będziecie w stanie wygrywać wszystko, na czym będzie Wam zależało.
